Maximize Your Sales!

You Only Get One Chance to Make a First Impression,

Be Absolutely Sure it is a Great One!

Without a doubt, the single most important marketing tool you can use is a promotional videotape. Your tape’s effectiveness is the biggest determining factor as to whether you’ll get the job or not. An entertainment buyer will make up his or her mind about your tape immediately. Don’t waste your first opportunity; it may be the only one you’ll get. If your preliminary marketing efforts don’t make a good impression, your later ones will probably be ignored completely.

Give Your Tape a Competitive Edge

Fred Becker combines his college degree in Broadcasting and Marketing with the countless hours he’s spent with theatrical agents, entertainment directors and buyers to find out what makes them like one videotape over another.

Fred put his experience to work for you. In his new book, "Video Promotions," he’ll give you the information you need to give your tape the competitive edge. Fred will take you step by step through the process of creating a successful sales video. He covers format, location, content, planning, shooting, editing and most importantly sales content and structure. There is even a bonus section where the Beckers give you an inside look at how they run their business.

"This one really delivers the goods. As an introduction, a guide, and an outline toward success, this book is just wonderful. [It] is a great little book, packed with helpful information" --Paul Cummins, Genii Magazine

"If a video is in your future, be sure to pick up a copy of this book. At $20 it's a bargain." -- Michael Close, MAGIC Magazine

"This book provides an excellent starting point as you plan your promotional video. If I were thinking about 'going on the road' with my show, I would want to read this book (as well as Fred's book on working cruise ships)." --David Goodsell, MUM Magazine

Animated Magic

Animated Magic is a collection of some of Fred Becker's favorite routines, his "Workers." Everyone of the tricks are from Fred's professional repertoire. In the booklet he has recorded his scripts, moves and psychology. Read the thinking behind the action and pay attention to the reasons why the routines connect with the audience. Learn the appeals and techniques in play.

All of the routines in Animated Magic have one thing in common. At some point in the routine the props apparently act on their own accord. Whether it is a deck of cards with stage fright or a soda pop bottle that would rather be a condiment container, each trick has a prop that does something unexpected, perhaps even to the performer.

Fred says, "The material in this lecture comes from many years of experience. Each trick I have personally used throughout my career. They are pet routines. I really wrestled over the idea of releasing them. But ultimately I don’t know what I was saving them for, if they help magicians entertain people better, then I have contributed something to the art. That seems like a better idea than hording them for myself."

Add life to your performance with Animated Magic, only $20.00
